Compaq has my computer, they can't fix if. Compaq still has my money
I bought a Compaq computer in June. It didn't work right and their patch disabled the computer completely. Their representatives were not able to fix it.
I returned the computer on July 14 and have yet to receive a refund. That's over 3 months ago. What a hassle! In the meantime I'm paying interest on the credit card! Any others have luck getting their money back from Compaq?
