Complete Automotive Repair Services . CARS RUDE...Rip Off Artist Murrysville Pennsylvania
I purchased this contract with a used truck I bought. A week later I had to take the truck in for repairs..Out of 2300.00 they said they would pay 500.00. This was after 3 days of the repair service calling them with no reply.
Out of an EGR cooler, an EGR valve, Timing sensor, Thermostat housing and several other small things, they said they would only cover the EGR valve.
When talking to these people, they are rude on the phone and act like you are putting them out by calling. Within 20 days of the contract I sent a fax letter, a copy of the fax by next day mail, to stop my contract and get my money back, Ha..I am still waiting for it after a week. When I called, they said the Vice Pres. had to do all of the refunds and he was not there.
Don't waste your money on this company. You will lose out in the end.
