Bo, I know your posting is a year+ old now, but I've been experiencing similar poor customer service-related problems with Computershare as well. (In my case, they dropped the ball on a significant stock options cash-out transaction and it meant that I lost some money... not a lot but the stock in question went down about $.30-cents per share between the time I filed my request and the time I discovered they dropped the ball, about 2 weeks later.) I'm getting the run around on this and there has been a complete lack of accountability at all levels so far. I plan to file a complaint against them through the SEC. Have you considered doing this?
