Concept 4 Construction Inc George Nehmah Thief and fraud. George received money from project owner and kept the money instead of paying us as his subcontractor. Anaheim Hills California
George hired us as his subcontractor for a footlocker store renovation. For months he kept delaying payment to us stating he had not received payment. I was able to get Footlocker Corporation's email address from another client and i was informed that George had been paid already. He keeps using an excuse that he needs a signed contract but has failed to send me one. Please do not use this company as I have found out he has multiple claims agains his bond and multiple complaints online.
