I called the salon and spoke to a lady about getting my hair dyed. She asked me to text her a picture so she could tell me whether or not she could do it. I did, and she assured me she would be able to do it. The picture i had sent was a fade from black at the roots, to platinum blonde at the ends. I asked when she would be able to fit me in and she asked when i was looking to come in. I had told her the next day, but that i had to be at work at 2. I asked if she would be able to do it in the amount of time provided, if not I would be more than willing to do it a different day. Again she assured me that she could. The next day i went in and the process got started.

I told the lady that i didnt want the roots quite as dark as the picture. She said that would be fine. My hair is naturally dirty blonde at the roots and a bit lighter on the ends. The lady started putting dye in the top half of my hair and it seemed strange that she would put so much of one color all over since it was supposed to fade through quite a few other colors before getting to the blonde. But alas, im not a professional so i didnt question it. She then dyed the lower part of my hair. Thats it. Just two colors.

And then when it was finished, she told me it would look darker in the sunlight. She also curled my hair even when i didnt ask for it to be curled, because she said it would look better that way. When i got home i took the curl out of my hair and inspected it. It was absolutely nothing like the picture. Ultimately she ended up lightening my natural color a bit and giving me an uneven dye line across the back of my hair. When i called and asked for a refund she refused. I had waited seceral years before dying my hair because it is thin and i dont want it damaged too much. I spent 75 dollars to walk out with my hair looking worse than before, (at least my natural color faded into the ends) and damaged.

She didn't even come close to the picture.  You deserve a refund, if not the entire amount, at least 75%.
