Bob,
How could you know what Conseco does? Unless you are an executive (which I doubt) in a high position to know for sure, you haven't a clue. Try clicking on the link with all the Rip-off Reports on Conseco on this web site.
Did you know about Conseco screwing thousands of customers out of their health insurance policies in many states? How? Here's how. Conseco would sign people up in a certain age bracket, selling them all a specific product / policy, then, once they all reached a certain age, they would send out a letter to all those loyal paying customers, telling them they, Conseco are not writing that policy anymore, discontinuing the program, / policy / product. So what you say? Those loyal customers faithfully paying their policy over the years developed certain health problems, making them not eligible for insurance with another company. How can this happen you say? Lobbyists in Washington and in the pockets of State Politician.
Bob, are you going to say, Conseco is such a big successful company, they could never do such unscrupulous things?

Conseco does NOT sell their customers names to ANY company!! The only people that will contact you is their Home Equity department. So quit making up stupid lies. Someone else has sold your name, it was not Conseco.

Conseco isn't the only company doing this so don't let it be such a surprise to anyone. I'm not defending the company, just someone who has the knowledge to this sort of thing..Alot of companies that you have credit with will give out your information to other companies.
Its called "skip tracing". Besides, all someone has to do is run a credit report on you and they've got all the information they need. So again, don't be so surprised.
Its been going on for more than 20 years in the credit world. In fact, I'll bet that when I leave this very site, I'll receive 5 or more emails. Or should I say "Junk Mail"
