They told me that the insurance and taxes would be included in the house payment, which were not. They also knew that I recently had a heart attack and would always call me telling me about all the debt I was in and that they would get me out of it.

Just a note, a lender can not change a loan from 20 to 25 years unless you refinanced the loan to a longer term. Perhaps you refinanced the loan and weren't paying attention to how long you signed the note for. If they changed the loan from 20 to 25 years, your monthly payment would have gone down. Did that happen? Check your original paperwork. If they did what you say they did (and I don't think they did), there are many legal ramifications that can happen to them. Check your paperwork. I'm sure somewhere along the line your refinanced. Best of luck.
