I wrote Marcia today: Dear Marcia, Today I was doing some research and found your complaint against our company. I was shocked and a little confused. First of all, let me say that we are not accustomed to complaints as we are proud of our service levels. We recognize that mistakes happen and when they do we work hard to make it right. Our Stand: 1. The item ordered by you was sent and completed as requested. You had made the mistake of selecting DNA instead of D&A. Easy mistake, but yours. 2. My emails to you document the fact that I was not giving you the run around, merely trying to fix a problem. 3. We have never received your forks to give a refund. I have also checked with your credit card co and you have a year to dispute the charge. You are protected. 4. It does look like the item was shipped and received from your information, although we don't have it. 5. We were waiting to receive the item but it looks as it will never happen so we have to proceed with a refund. 6. You pointed out that I never return your emails. If you look at the history below it will show that I was not hiding nor ignoring your emails. 7. We are a good company and have never ripped off anyone. We are not going to get rich ripping off people for $62.47. 8. I will be writing you a check out today for the amount of $62.47 . This should help you to see that we are honest and willing to take a loss for a customer. I hope that all ill will can come to an end. I apologize for this order taking so long to resolve (that is our mistake). 9. I would like for you to take a look at your complaint on ripoffreport.com and reconsider your accusations. I would appreciate a response of your decision as soon as you can. This will help me to know what direction I need to proceed. (I will be refunding you regardless) Thank you Steve
