My husband placed an order about 10 days ago with this company for a new DVD drive for our sons xbox 360. They said it would take 3-8 days for delivery. We have yet to receive the order, and I have emailed the company twice with no response. There is no address or customer service phone number. This should have been a clue!! After searching online I found some reviews of this company, and they all said the same thing. Scam!!! I am now trying to get my money back or the product. I have sent them two nasty emails already, and will contact my bank and see what they can do about helping me with this.

I ordered something from this company on June 18th. I was also under the belief that I would receive my product in 3-8 business days. I started looking up info on this company and have found nothing but horrible reviews. So heres what I did to get a response from them. I emailed them about 10 times, to each one of their email addresses (the one on the site and [email protected]). I started getting these weird emails back in a competely different language, so I emailed them and told them to stop sending me emails that I cant read. Oh and BTW, most of their emails went to my spam box, so maybe check your spam box and see if they have been emailing you and they are going there. I just checked my email yesterday and had received another one from them telling me that they are shipping from Monaco, Europe. Had I known that this company was in another country I probably would not have ordered from them, considering this was supposed to be a fathers day gift :( The only advice I could give you is to email them, just keep on emailing them. Let them know that if they do not respond to you, you will be filing a report on the FBI scam site and that you will contact the international BBB and that you will be disputing the charges with your bank. But here it is July 9th and I still havent received my product. Oh and I also had to email them telling them that I never received confirmation of my product being shipped, before I received the email letting me know that it was sent on June 22nd. Im sorry to hear that you have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company as well.
