Consolidated Media Services lied, ripped off and scammed, mistreated Atlanta Georgia
We have been dealing with this scam company for the past two years. We have not seen any of the magazines that we were supposed to recieve in the last year and a half. Of course, the account has been paid in full for quite some time.
We have called and complained and been hung up on. We have called back and asked to speak to a manager that for some reason does not exist. We have been told that it takes up to 6 months for them to change our address, and then find out 6 months later that they still have not changed it.
The newest detail is that the magazines that we were supposed to receive were only subscriptions for 24 months, even though they tell you you will receive them for like six years. In all, this has cost us over $700.00 and we have received very little of what we were told we would be getting.
The customer service reps. are totally rude and refuse to talk to you, and then tell you that you are lying. This company is a total joke, and something needs to be done!
