Consumer Finance Advisory Board contacted me and used high pressure techniques to coerce me into giving them my credit card information. They charged my account $1595.00! I have since contacted them repetedly, by mail, phone and fax to try to get a refund. I had to jump through hoops. One guy said by talking to him I would receive the refund within 90 days. When I contacted them after having not received it, I was told to send a registered letter to the company requesting the refund. I did this and still have not received it. Now when I try to call or fax, I get messages that the numbers are disconnected. I don't know if I'll ever recoup my losses, but I won't stop trying!
