What makes you think that this company is under any obligation to modify your loan? You signed a contract to make payments of a specific amount on specific dates. If you don't do that (whatever your personal circumstances), it's your problem. If you return the car, you will still be on the hook for the difference between what the car sells for at auction (usually not much), and the remaining balance on your contract. If you truly do not have any money, they may get a court judgement against you, but they won't necessarily get their money. You suing them because they won't modify your loan is pretty farfetched.

I would like to reach Alissa in CA to get in on a class action suit. This Company has got to be stopped.
