In response to this I apologize for the calls, we only dial if someone fills out a request online. So if we end up calling a business it is only because the phone number was entered on a internet application. Please email me the phone number we are dialing and it will immediately be taken out of our system, we don't dial off a list. In response to the agent that called you and would not disclose the name of the company. We don't use a robotic caller or a voice recorded message, every person we call is done by a human and the opening line in the scripted introduction we follow identifies the company name, the location we are calling from, and of course the purpose of the call.
