This company is never true to their word. It's two owners are arrogant with out reason as they are both ignorant, both lucky to have completed 12 years of school. They accuired a company that has been in business since 1932 and for the past 12 years have slowly run that company into the ground. Their cheating ways have come full circle. They sell used signs as new, they have used old sign parts on new signs for years. You may have allready been a victum and not know it!
If you want a good quality sign product for a fair price call someone else. The two owners of this company will sell you on a design, take your money, give you a date of installation and then ignore your calls, not meet the installation date and then blame you for their short commings or blame the city for permits. They take no responsibility for their failures!
Ask some people that have been cheated by this company like the Fenton Michigan, Pontiac auto Dealership.
Give a call to the store XtreamTheater in Auburn Hills accross from Great Lakes Crossing ask what they think of this company.
I strongly suggest you find some other company than this one they will robb you blind and in this economy the last thing any of us need is more people like these two owners of Cornell Sign Co.
