In regards to the replies to my report. I have many different certifications, licenses and security passes that I acquired in Miami Florida. I never called off from work. Always punctual. Unfortunately these certificates, licenses and security passes are not acceptable here in New York. When I completed my 8 hour class. My instructor who is a license security instructor told us that we can start working with this certification. I never knew I would have to go through so much crap to get a job up here in New York. And getting ripped off from people like you with your sarcastic critism.
In Miami I trained many Security Officers. At times this job can be very stressful. However that don't bother me. What bother me is that I have two beautiful children to take care of. Bills to pay. And here I am with all this experience, trying to find a job in a new area I moved to. And have to be going through this situation. Staying home and can't find a job. This is what let my pressure goes up. So please don't try to use my health issue for your sarcasm. Its not your roof over your head they are going to come take away. Not your bills not being paid. How many people out there that is not working can just come up with $350.00 to shell out for a job. The jobs I have done before, trains you and pay for your training. Some even deduct it from your pay.
The way you speak I think you are affiliated with this company. Your time will come. For who God bless no man curse. Remember.
And the receipt they gave me did not have anything on it that states I cannot get my money back.

You're right, this definitely sounds like a scam on the surface. The first rule of anything is to be on guard if you're asked to pay money up front.
However, that's not to say certain jobs don't require upfront deposits for things like gear or uniforms or even for specialized training classes that are run by a 3rd party company but it's rare.
If they provided anything that said the registration fee is nonrefundable, then you're likely out of luck. If not, you may have a case for getting a refund. Did you try making your request in writing? Send a brief, non-threatening letter with a copy of the receipt, and see if that does the job. Again though, if they at anytime mentioned it's nonrefundable, you're probably not going to see a dime. Consider it a lesson learned and move on.
With all that being said, what kind of person thinks they can work a security position when their blood pressure is obviously too sensitive for that. You weren't even technically hired and you still managed to call out sick and miss training classes because you were feeling "stressed out." Give me a break. If this company is legit, I think they the ones who dodged a bullet by not hiring you. You need to get off the internet and your act together if you want to land a job.
Tip #1, get to the interview when they want, not a day or two later.
#2, be aware of and prepared for any expenses associated with accepting a position
#3, don't call out sick your first few days of work or skip important mandatory training classes
#4, if you're physically unable to preform a job, don't apply for it and waste everyone's time
