This clinic that is owned by Frank Santo of Santo Salon keeps your credit card on file and will charge you a cancellation fee in whatever amount they feel like. Even if you didn't set an appointment for that day!!!!! Good luck trying to nicely dispute the charges. They punish the customer for their mistakes. And never even tell you they charged.
