My wife and I been executive members of this store for more than 30years, but lately there is a reversal in refunding or the return policy of "100% satisfaction guaranty". The first incident that I encounter was during the Christmas Holiday when I made the decision to return a GPS system (Garmin 1490T). only a week old. The reason: defective product and been advice by the manufacturer to return the product to them or to Costco. I opted for the second choice since I had the box, manuals, cords, and plastic bags, at this specific store in Rancho Cucamonga they refused to return my money or store credit alleging that a CD was missing from the box (FALSE STATEMENT) there was never a cd you down load the software from the computer. My statement to the manager was "If there is a cd go open another box and you will see that there is no a CD. which he refused to do so. now stating that there is a plastic cup that attaches to the dash board with this sticky glue witch ( probably a $.50cents item) I told him that he was welcome to retrieve from the dash board because I tried to remove it and seem that the leader from my Mercedes will came apart but I will be willing to pay for the plastic circle and still he refused to do so. I requested to talk to and upper manager and he stated that he was the top manager of the store. At this point and totally frustrated left the store and just to realize later on that TONY (THE MEXICAN BIRDBRAIN) never returned my membership card nor my AMX card, I called immediately the store and they asked this malcontent of the whereabouts of my cards and the response was that both cards were returned to me. (FALSE ) at this point and knowing that both cards were left at the store I had to be force and called the POLICE for assistance because a) the dishonest individual was been nasty and playing games with me or b) he is a thief trying to make me believe that I lost the cards. Well the Police was very effective they were going to arrest this moron if he did not produce the cards and low and behold TONY the MEXICAN had the cards on him self. What bastards. MORAL OF THE STORY: STAY AWAY from this M......FU.....S. and why pay membership if they do not honor honor their own policy. (28,000,000.00 members x $50.00 or $100.00) is a lot of money and what is the benefit??? NOTHING I can buy the same staff at Albersons or Vons.

First off how do you know that Tony was a Mexican? All you had to do was mention his name and leave his "perceived" nationality out of it.

In the context you are writing it does appear you are using nationality as a negative. Whether or not you believe it, that is how it APPEARS. This is why if Nationality has nothing to do with your report..just leave it out. But if you felt it was absolutly a necessity for your report you could have stopped at "Tony the Mexican" and dropped off the "Birdbrain". You continued with using the name "Jose" along with further negative comments. So people are going to see you as bigotted. This will cause what ever credibility your report may have had to "go down the drain".

As for your issue. If you gave them even a fraction ofthe same attitude you showed here it is no wonder why they wouldn't do anything for you.

There you go again. There is formal and informal writing, in addition you do not comply with the rules of this site. Perhaps you think you can read and write because you have your EGD and you work for Costco for $ 11.00/hr. Your problem Jose is that you miss the point because your understanding level of comprehension is to low due to lower IQ and your brain is fry due to use of drugs and alcohol (lots of beer and Marijuana) again the facts are the facts and Costco is a ripoff company.

At least when I open a written quote I have the IQ to close the quote. I also have a high enough IQ to have the sense to start sentences with a capital letter.

No, it should be 'have been'.

No, the past tense is 'encountered'.



"Police was very effective"

No, the term is 'were very effective'.

"$.50cents"

Back in elementary school I learned not to use a dollar sign and "cents" together. You just failed fifth grade.

I called immediately the store

Wrong again. I immediately called the store would have been correct.

You are stupid and probably were unable to read the directions contained on the CD, which you failed to return to Costco.

Clarification to the individual that is afraid to sign his name. Information Based on Facts: a) Price Club founders Sol Price and Robert Price in 1976 in San Diego, California still in operation as warehouse # 401 merged as Price Costco in 1983 the rest is history. Member since 1978 Colton Location.

b) Calling some one by their nationality of Origin is not bigotry as stated by the U.S. Supreme Court Art. 1643 sec3b article 16., If I said: "Americans attacked Iraqi troops" I am a proud American. but for you ignoramus is bigotry, lets see

"Mexican attacked and devoured the burritos" OH my God is bigotry

c) Calling names is also legal and sure you can call me Archy Banker it doesn't matter to me, but if I call you CANTINFLAS MARICON OH my God is an insult to your lower IQ.

d) Costco (Former Price Club, Price Costco) Membership is 28 Million members in the west cost as reported by Costco, World wide it is reported at 55 million. Thank you for the clarification. The way I look at this is, 55 million members that are getting ripoff every single day.

e) We do not have to pay membership in order to buy goods or services. AMERICANS COSTCO SHALL BE PAYING US TO PATRONIZE THEIR BUSINESS!!!! LET'S STOP THE RIPOFF ONCE FOR ALL.

F) Let me see 55 Million Members X (Times) $50.00 = is 2,750,000,000.00 and with the $100.00 executive membership is over 3.5 Billion Dollars pure profit and let's see reported profits for 2009 they were not even that much. OK I think I have and Idea. I think is time to contact the IRS to do a little Audit to this ripoff Company.
