2016 Acura MDX with 7,800 miles has passenger door that is not operational. Dealership said I "hit something" and told me I needed to go to a body shop, even though there is zero evidence of a collision. When I took the vehicle to a car wash the door got even more damaged. Courtesy Acura is not willing to offer any assistance and does not stand behind the vehicle they sold me.

I filed a complaint with Acura and they agreed to make the repairs to my passenger door and front panel at no cost to me. They didn't admit any liability but their actions clearly show that they took responsibility for this "mystery damage". They put me back in touch with the dealership and I will have the use of a free loaner car while the repairs are being made. I did not have any further interaction with the sales department and am now working with the service department. I am totally satisfied!
