Courtesy Kia Auto World Of Alliance unprofessional, cannot get them to service car as it is under written contract. Left me without a vehicle. Alliance Ohio
We bought the auto on Nov 26. These 3 items were under contract to be fixed. The 1st 2 were, but this is the 3rd time they have had it for this problem and they cant seem to fix it. they have had it for 12 days this time and say there are still waiting on this part for the check engine light and it wont be in this time for another week. They never call to let us know what is happening, they don't even return our calls. Some guy named Frank hung up on me last night after I asked for the corporate #. They have promised to put dealer plates on the van (because they had it so long our 30 day tags expired) and drive it to us so I could use it until the part comes in but they never brought it or called to let us know that werent bringing it. Its clear in Alliance and we've been back and forth so many times. I cant even go to work or take my children to school. I put $3000 down on it and Im coming up on my 2nd payment and I cant even drive it.
