COVENANT FILTRATION SYSTEMS is more than a rip-off OAKLHOMA CITY Oklahoma
I purchased a filtration system from Covenant and is was the biggest mistake. I not only bought this system but also a oil rubbed bronze spigot to match my black sink and broze faucet. The seller and the owners girlfriend was in the room when I chose the color, and months later I received the wrong color. When I went in to exchange it, the cocoa colored spigot, the little worker at the front called Jay, the girlfriend, and when she got off the phone...her attitude did a 360. "It WAS the right color" and if I wanted the right one, "it would cost me".
Well, I took this to the BBB who has done nothing which leads me to believe they have been paid off. This doesn't surprise me because of all the back handed things and backewards way that this business is run. Cory, who happens to be an uneducated boy and sadly is over the financing department, lives by the rule of pressure sales. He has NO idea how things should be run. A purchase is made and the very next day, the filtration system is installed before the financing is even approved.
I can't count how many systems have had to be uninstalled due to lack of financing. When these people installed my system, the untrained kid destroyed my front yard with three extremely deep trenches and never once did he apologize to me. There are so many things that are so wrong with this company I can't even count. I think it's sad when hard working people get screwed over by a simpleton company as Covenant Filtration Systems. I will be contacting KFOR, other news agencies and my attorney. NEVER buy anything from this company unless you want to be screwed out of money and time.
