Go to their website and look under 'Investor Relations' or something similar. There you'll find all the contact info for all the company big-wigs. Write the VP or CEO or whatever big cheese you want and explain your situation. I suggest sending a snail mail, return reciept requested letter. Keep it calm, professional and completely unemotional.
