The main reason why we were not able to answer the "live person" feature at the time is because we are in the process of switching to a larger location, and becuase of it we are not able to keep the live support active as normal. The customer never bothered to send ask for a refund; however once we found out his displeasure for our services we cancelled his order and refunded his order in full.
