After my ripoff report I contacted the Better Business Bureau in the business area and filed a report. The next morning I called my credit card company and then I wrote cancelled on all of the forms I was sent and mailed it back to them. Within a couple of days I received a phone call confirming my order was cancelled. Thanks to whoever helped!!! Good luck to everyone!
