Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I , unfortunately, had the misfortune of dealing with 2 of the children running the show at Creative Marketing Incentive Group.

My first call was with a Mr. Shane Higgins, National Account Executive and Senior Marketing Consultant. The slight street slang, and pubescent crackle in his voice immediately indicated I was not dealing with an A, B, or even C level salesman. Shane proceeded to barrage me with strong arm tactics to try and sell his free gas vouchers. Tactics included; insulting his competitors, snide comments when pressed about the validity of his business, doling out unsolicited business advice like "you should change the name of your business," and telling his potential customers to "F*** Off!"

I had, at last, gotten my fill of Shane Higgins. Ultimately, I decided to take the matter into my own hands and report Shane to the C.O.O of the company, whom I suspect is also the owner. Mr. Peter Albee.

Side Note - My efforts to get past the thug receptionist were many. It seems he has been well versed in handling an upset customer.

When I finally did make it to a nervous Mr. Albee, he immediately placed me on hold. I was surprised when the phone was again received by Shane. When I asked Shane why I was speaking to the person who I was trying to report, he told me I could try to call back as much as I'd like, but nobody would answer because they were "out for the day."

I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with gas voucher companies before, and let me be the first to warn you that 99.9% are scams and rip-offs. However, of them all, I find Creative Marketing Incentive Group Inc. to be the worst.

Clearly Creative Marketing Incentive Group Inc. is a small operation run by small minded children. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed to call Creative Marketing Incentive Group Inc. my own.

As they say...

I cannot say who this writer is for absolute certainty but I do know the person in which this incident is reporting. I have listened to all the different phone calls (we record every call as stated in our introduction when you call our company) it was a lot more than just one call as implied in this response. This is not a case of he said she said because I have listened to all the different calls made by this person and this story has omitted many facts. It's important for everyone who reads this complaint to understand the truth. I regret even having to write a response to an anonymous letter but the Internet has really changed previous media habits and in this case not always for the better. Mr. Bryan Burt had been calling our representative for a week inquiring about our services. Last week, during his first call he expressed interest in us and other competing companies. Bryan Burt named the other products he was looking into and our representative explained that he should be leery of doing business with the companies he named. He did not bad mouth the companies however he provided legitimate reasons why we avoid them and why other businesses should as well. E.G. Avoid doing business with Gas Redemption companies that allow you to choose any Gas Station opposed to Redemption companies that make you choose from a list of approved vendors, etc. Mr. Brian Burt seemed upset with the information he was provided because he seemed to have already been sold by another company. He hung up the phone and probably swore that he would never call us back again. Well unfortunately for us, it appeared that Mr. Brian Burt did some due diligence on the aspects that our representative exposed. He must have realized that we have in fact been very truthful and honest about this whole industry. So one week later Mr. Brian Burt called our representative back to actually sign up with our service. However, during this conversation Brian Burt revealed too much information and he explained that he had been distributing/selling Gas and Grocery Incentives produced by BBZ Marketing. BBZ Marketing just ruptured in the first week of July and went from a fulfillment company to a Ponzi scheme. After gathering more information our representative learned that Mr. Brian Burt had plans to use our certificates to replace all his past customers certificates which were toxic because he was using BBZ Marketing. Then with more research our representative learned that Mr. Brian Burt was the owner of Rock Star Glass, a company with an F record with the Better Business Bureau. Our representative explained to Mr. Brian Burt that we cannot do business with him because of his issues and we cannot afford to pick up his broken pieces for passing around bad certificates. We in fact have a policy in place and we do not allow people to play the ole switcheroo on their clients after working with bad certificate companies to then try and shift the blame to our company. Brian Burt was furious so they got into an argument with our representative, but we have the right to refuse business from any company. Brian Burt obviously doesn't like to be sold and then refused and this is how he repays a business that refuses to do business with him. His claims and accusations are false and it can be proven because as stated we do record every phone call. I have also listed the information we found on the Better Business Bureau in regards to Brian Burt's business practices so please visit them, that is if unfounded slanderous remarks from a non customer are not damaging enough to their portrayal of fair business practices. http://www.bbb.org/central-northern-western-arizona/business-reviews/auto-repair-windshield-glass-shops/apollo-auto-glass-in-phoenix-az-24004965/ http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/auto-repair-windshield-glass-shops/rock-star-auto-glass-in-dallas-tx-90225858 Here is his website, notice the broken link from the BBB Logo at the bottom of this site's page? http://rockstarautoglass.com/ I do not condone the exchange of words between the 2 parties but our representative was telling him to take his business elsewhere so I realize the tension this scenario can create. If we lose your business because of this incident then I completely understand, but at least it was conducted with the intentions of protecting our company's and client's good name and future. Sincerely, Peter Albee V.P. & C.O.O. Creative Marketing Incentive Group, Inc. 800-619-6101
