Creditscore.com Fraudulent billing Allen, Texas Internet
Signed up for service on September 6 and cancelled the same day using their automated services. Got confirmation number. I used a credit card that I rarely used. Checked back Feb. 21 and found out that they'v been billing me $22.90 a month since September 6. When I called to complain, they claimed that the confirmation number isn't valid and refused to refund anything other then one month. I spoke with a supervisor named Ricardo who said that there was noone in the company higher than himself who I could speak with and gave me a P.O. Box number to mail a leter. I ended up cancelling thecredit card and have disputed charges with credit company.
AVOID THESE GUYS!!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! One they get your card, they'll keep charging.
