Creekside Communities--Builders--Don't move to any of these properties Atlanta Georgia
After an extremely difficult financial disaster in our family, we were finally able to purchase a small townhome. It was perfect for the two of us and a perfect location too.
Our money and this investment are precious because of all the hardwork it took for us to get here. This is why the way we have been treated leaves an even bitter tase in our mouths.
We have many repairs that have not been done. Fortunately my husband is very handy and has been able to do some of the repairs himself. Now we are down to the big ticket items. The worst is that water is leaking from our bathroom shower to the hallway downstairs. The house is cheaply built anyway.
We can't get the builder's name, address or phone number. It is like he has vanished. Unless things change quickly we will have to repair the leak so as not have any further damage to the house.
The economy is horrible as we all know. Everyone needs to be able to make the best investments possible. We don't want anyone to use this builder at any of the Creekside Community properties. It would be an investment you would probably regret and money is to hard to come by now
