After a year, I decided to send another email. I am very glad I did. I came in contact with the owners son Brandon who was very helpful and very quick with helping get this taken care of.
We came to a resolution very quickly and had a check in the mail within a week. I am greatful to him for being so understanding and so quick to help us.
Besides the refund issue the hunting lodge was amazing. Very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable about hunting and very helpful. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time while we were there.
