I bought a 2001 Chevy z71 from Crown auto, was told to lie on the application. That should have been my first clue. I got the truck and because the owner told me to put the wrong address on my paperwork it took longer than it should to get my paperwork making me late on my first payment. Howard,the owner,called on Monday yelling at me,telling me to take care of it which I did. He then sent two men here to repo my truck after payment was accepted by the bank with false papers. The bank said there was no repo order from them. Howards employee called him to tell him this . At that time,Howard told me just to give it up because he was going to get it anyways. Well he did. He called the bank and paid off my note to take my truck from me. The bank also gave him my $275 truck payment. He says he'll get me into another vehicle if I come up with another down payment. There's more to this but I can say that this man is a crook that's already been arrested for tax evasion and you guessed it...he got away with it. I'm sick of the hard working people getting taken by people like this . He refuses to give me my $2000 down payment and my $275 back. Nobody should buy anything from this crook.

Westlake claims not to deal with people like Howard Kleinberg but yet they sold my loan back to him instead of trying to work with me. I can not understand their thinking in this matter. I did hire attorneys to handle this matter and I have been put through the wringer by this man due to them selling my loan. Westlake needs to make this situation right somehow. You DO deal with this man daily and truthfully I think he needs to be put out of business for illegal and immoral practices. $2000 isn't easy for most of us to loose and he's trying to take my truck and keep my money. Apparently you do not mind working with crooks.
