We were given boxes of coffee that had expired.  The coffee was moldy.  We tried to return the coffee and it took over 2 months to get the company to pickup the coffee.  They then said they could not give us a credit for the coffee.  During the time it was left in our location some of our employees accidently consumed some and became extremely ill. 

 

I understand errors occur with quality but taking 2 months to return (I had to throw it away as the route guy would not pick it up) the product and making me call over and over with no luck.  I was transferred from DS waters to standard coffee and then told I would get a call back.  I still have not gotten a full credit just one box and misc credit for 221.94.  I returned over 1026 dollars worth of coffee. 

Anyway if you use this company check your shipments before they deliver because you can't return it even if its moldy.
