CSS Recovery, Sterling Asset Recovery Instructed that a particular "way of requesting items" be carried out; only to lie about their own policy. Van Nuys California
This company violates their own policy. In a day and time when unfortunate circumstances occur; the last thing to compound "insult to injury" is to be lied to in the process. A vehicle I had was surrendered due to a hardship. This company, in particular a rep named Claudia, gave instructions on how to proceed in recovering assets. The instructions were carried out expeditiously. There were no inuating circumstances, no "what if's", no assumptions spoken that would void the instructions given for recovery.
On the day that I went to retrieve my personal effects; I was informed by a professional gent that Claudia "assumed" that the circumstance was one way-NOT the way she instructed me to carry out what SHE requested. This has absolutely nothing to do with what was said by her, nor should it have negated the request expressly written. I would advise anyone who finds themselves being treated with such disrespect to contact the Attorney General, file a report with the Better Business Bureau or contact the local police department or their attorney when doing any type of business with this company. The real degenerates are in the building!!!!
