I bought a "Grind & Brew" coffemaker and loved it until it started to seep a brown tar like substance all over the counter.

It had been over 30 days so it was too late to return it to the store where I bought it so I called the company. I was told because I bought it at a store and not unline I could not get a refund.

I was also told that this was a rare occurance but talking to my coworker she told me she hated her coffeemaker as it was doing the same thing.

I tried several calls as I felt I was being ripped off but had no success. I did put the complaint on the webpage "Complaints". Since I could not get anywhere I just threw out all the names and information I had about the calls.

I thought having the grinder right in the coffeemaker was a great idea but now I feel as if I have paid for something I can not use and I feel they should recognize the problem.
