This report is nothing but slander and lies about a very well-intentioned business man, Bart Baggett.

I knew Bart Baggett when he was working at Ray Walker's office on Preston Road in North Dallas, TX, in 1986 and 1987.  Naturally, Bart was a young man at the time, but I have followed his career with admiration.  Mr. Walker was a great man and I think he would be honored to see how far Bart Baggett has spread the ideas world-wide through his hard work.

I was in Dr. Ray Walker's office numerous times while Bart was there, helping out and listening.  

Ray Walker would turn over in his grave to see accusations that one of his best students (Bart was certified by Ray as a Handwriting Analyst before he was 18) was slandered and accused of never even meeting him, despite working in his office and attending class for years!

I find it appalling that these kinds of lies can sit on the internet and no recourse is available because the person posting the slander lives in India and the owner of this website will not investigate the claims.  Very Sad.

It seems like this "report" is nothing but a list of CREATED RUMORS and FAKE ACCUSATIONS that any intelligent person can clearly see as false and baseless.

Based on my first hand knowledge of knowing Ray Walker and Bart Baggett, this post of nothing but garbage and slander.  Don't believe a word of it.

It appears to me that this author is really angry at Curt Baggett and feels the only retribution is to tear down his successful son, Bart.  He attempts to tie them together in all the "they statements."  

Sir, reveal your identity so we can see your scars and your true motivation for taking aim and spending so much time and mental energy attempting to damage the reputation of a young man.

This entire post is really pathetic.

Did I study with Ray Walker?  Yes,  I can tell you the years, office location I reported to five days a week and the location of his condo in North Dallas. He was a friend and  mentor.

You do not know when I graduated high school and you continue to tie my own name with partial facts about Curt Baggett.  We are not a "Team".  Why you want to tear me down because of your own anger at Curt Baggett is  a mystery... but when you reveal your name, I'm sure we can locate the source of your animosity.

I'm sorry you sir feel so threatened and insecure and powerless in your own life to spend hours and hours in front of a computer spreading slander and libel.  I feel sorry for you. I hope you get some therapy and heal your demons.

I will sir let you know that I , Bart Baggett, am not the cause of your suffering and it saddens me that you have taken the highest profile person in this industry and decided to type away lies and fact less accusations.

In another Ripoff Report, Bart Baggett attempted to make it appear that a "Texan Judge" wrote some wonderful things about Bart and Curtis Baggett...  Guess we should call him, the Dishonorable Bart Baggett.. For years he has claimed to be a certified document examiner, now he attempts to make it appear that he is a "Texan Judge"...

In the rather bizarre comment above Bart Baggett is once again defending himself with false statements in an attempt to make it appear that ripping people off, and presenting fraudulant documentation and unqualified opinions to the courts is the correct thing to do, and that is exactly what Bart and Curtis Baggett do best!   Bart and Curtis Baggett, aka "Team Baggett", lied about their certifications and/or training and attempt to make the public believe their false claims.  Team Baggett has reproduced Dr. Ray Walker, QDE's books without permission and are now selling Ray Walker's life long work as if it is their own.  

It seems Team Baggett is attempting to make it falsely appear they are "Board Certified", when in fact this is another of their phony inventions in their continueing attempt to make the courts believe they are a member in good standing, with high code of ethics and standards required by a a professional organization such as "The National Association of Document Examiners- NADE", "Certificate holders must adhere to a prescribed Code of Ethics and Code of Professional Responsibility."  Then the student is left to govern themselves for the rest of their unprofessional career. "Board of Forensic Document Examiners" has contracted with Occupational and Research and Assessment (ORA) to administer, proctor and score the examinations. Professional Orginizations do not do their own testing and scoring. Could it be Team Baggett is attempting to put their own unqualified people into their own unprofessional boards so as to cause their unqualified students to represent themselves to have a title they do not deserve. Professional Organizations are licensed by State in which they do buisness, then they are an extention of that state. Therefore, such board certification, has been granted by "A Govermental Organization", will Team Baggett ever learn that they do not posess appropriate, "word skills",and/or "education" to overcome the laws of the states and the United States? 

Team Baggett claims a phantom advasary has made statements that Curtis Baggett has been disqualified in courts from Arkansas, Maine, Flordia, Texas, etc., etc. Some of those cases are online and are still on file in State and Federal Courts....  No matter how good a liar the Dishonorable Bart Baggett tries to be, he cannot change the fact that they, (Team Baggett)  put a fraud on courts, law enforcement and others all over the United States and Several Foreign Countries.

Team Baggett calls the truth about them "trash", etc, etc, and even tries to make the public think  Curtis Baggett's criminal history was all a set up by the law. DO NOT BELIEVE IT!! Team Baggett seems to enjoy quoting various individuals, when it suits them, so here is a quote I am certain Team Baggett may not understand: "You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all of the time".

FACT: It has been proven that Bart and Curtis LEO Baggett NEVER studied under and/or were NEVER certified by Ray Walker, QDE. No matter how many time Bart and/or Curt Baggett lie and falsely claim they did study under Ray Walker, QDE., does not make it true!

FACT: You call me an idot and a Fool, You are a Fraud, scam artist and/or a con-man. 

FACT: I have no criminal history, but your daddy does and when any of the legal entities WE have provided documented evidence,  and other information to are finished with their investigations I believe it will be YOU and your daddy who are frying like the Con-Artist you are.

FACT: The 53 former students who had the backbone to stand up to you, your daddy and others who know or should have known you and your daddy never studied under Ray Walker, QDE., have put a fraud on the courts in State and Federal Courts but your game is up.  Those 53 former students refused to be your slaves and/or scapegoats.

FACT: I will never have to worry about being on trial in any of "your courts", because it is obvious you are not a judge. After all these years of ripping people off and all the lies it is because of YOUR 53 former students that you brought phony, baseless RICO cases against that the truth about you and your Phony school(s)/university(s) are finally being brought to the attention of law enforcement and other goverment agencies who I have great respect for and you obviously do not.

FACT: You remind people of Jim Jones,  falsely claiming you have helped 1000's of people world wide,  I dont think it is called helping when you send someone to jail, or cause them to lose everything with your unqualified, paid off opinion(s).

It is Curtis Leo and Bart Baggett who has gone too far and victimized so many people and/or courts that WE are taking a stand and if WE can save one single person from getting caught up in Bart and Curtis Leo Baggett's web of deception it will be worth it.

QUESTION: Why have you claimed to be a "Forensic Document Examiner"?  You and falsely claim you can determine the age of paper and/or ink.  Why is it that NONE of your former students are qualified to go to work as FBI Forensic Document Examiners? It is because that does not happen in 8 months! 

FACT: On one of your websites you wrote, "Over 90% of the handwriting cases we get never get to court. So, a powerful "letter of opinion" is in many cases, enough motivation to settle without risky and costly trial."  "Letter of opinion", something real Forensic Document Examiners/Handwriting Experts do not do!  Wonder how many of your daddy's  "Letter of Opinion's" were signed by Curtis Leo Baggett and notarized by Curtis Leo Baggett forging the signature of a notary to COURT DOCUMENTS? Wonder how many times Curtis Leo Baggett has written the name of someone else then notarized his own fraudulant document using a stamp he borrowed or stole from "JC"?  Bart and/or Curtis Baggett invent these "powerful letter(s) of opinion because they cannot always get through depositions before it becomes obvious that neither of them are the Experts they claim to be. 

FACT: Federal and State Courts have found Curtis Leo Baggett to be unqualified.  You say it isnt so, but, all you have to do is read the court cases I have previously provided.  Bart Baggett can deny this all day long, but, every court in that has ruled against Bart Baggett, Curtis Baggett and/or their students cannot be wrong! I am not going to get in a legal arguement with you Bart Baggett because, you are never wrong, (or that is what you believe).  You are angry that the truth has been told and it won't be so easy for you to put a Fraud on the Courts of this or any other country!

First, let me say: God bless the USA! The land of the free and the home of the brave.

FACT: In Bart Baggett's rebuttals/comments he submitted to Ripoff Report Bart Baggett denied that Curt Baggett was his business partner, or his daddy. HOWEVER, Bart Baggett claimed that Curt Baggett is "Only a Friend". Now it seems Bart Baggett is admitting that CURTIS LEO BAGGETT is his daddy. They are all one and the same, Curtis Leo Baggett is Bart Baggett's daddy's LEGAL name. Curtis Leo Baggett known Aka's are as follows: Curtis, Curt, Kurt and/or C.L. Baggett. The comment above appears to have been submitted by the same person who wrote ALL of Bart Baggett's rebuttals/comments that have been submitted to Ripoff Report.

FACT: Bart and Curtis Baggett have often said there is NO proof, HOWEVER if someone has the ability to lookup the case numbers previously provided by this author, the truth can be ascertained.

FACT: Ray Walker, QDE, was appointed as a Co-Chairman of the American Board of Forensic Examiners, (ACFE) Ethics Committee therefore Ray Walker, QDE, was KNOWN and HIGHLY REGARDED for his CODE OF ETHICS he further instilled his beliefs and his CODE OF ETHICS into his ONLY 5 Year apprentice who was NOT Bart and/or Curtis Leo Baggett. If Ray Walker, QDE, was alive to defend himself, Bart and/or Curtis Leo Baggett would not be using and abusing Ray Walker, QDE's good name!

I am a prominent judge in the wonderful state of Texas.

Bart and Curtis Leo Baggett have been cross examined in the court of law. I can personally attest to their good character. They are the BEST in the United States at what they do. Please do not let this FOOL sway your opinion of them or what they do for people's livelihood in the court of law.

Sad that people can post slander against their good name for FREE under anonymous aliases. The author of these posts should be locked up for libel. There is no proof of any of these statements.

This guy can't even spell. What does "Felony aggravated assult" (intentionally misspelled) - have to do with his business sense in the courtroom? The tone is obviously slanted. This must have been one of the FRAUDS he defeated in court!

Thanks to God that he defends justice from FOOLS and FRAUDS like yourself. Below please find document(s) K-1, K-2, and K-3, each of these documents are samples of Curtis Baggett's known signature.  Document(s) K-2 and K-3 are "letters of opinion" Curtis Baggett submitted to the Texas Secretary of State, in which Baggett concluded that someone other then (a former notary commissioned in Texas, Deborah Sue Horton Wilson), authored the signature of Deborah Sue Horton Wilson on 3 questioned documents."

There was also a 3rd "letter of opinion" submitted to the Texas Secretary of State in which it appears one of Curtis Baggett's former students concurred with him. It appears that Anne Veres concurred with Baggett that a different person authored the name of Deborah S.H. Wilson.  On the "Letter of Opinion" Anne Veres allegedly wrote the following paragraph: "Based upon thorough analysis of these items and from an application of accepted forensic document examination tools, principles and techniques, it is my professional expert opinion that a different person authored the name of Deborah S.H. Wilson on the questioned document(s) "Q-1" through "Q-4". I am willing to testify to this fact in a court of law. This is followed with the alleged signature of Anne Veres.

FACT: 1.) Anne Veres has never been qualified to render a "Professional Expert Opinion" she was and is a former student of Bart and Curtis Baggett, who it has been shown lied about their qualifications and has been disqualified in State and Federal Courts of the United States.

FACT: 2.) Anne Veres did not include in her alleged "Questioned Document Examiner Letter" that she is a resident of the nation of CANADA. (Veres' mailing and/or physical address is not included in the heading of her alleged "Questioned Document Examiner Letter").  According to law, Veres cannot be subpoenaed by courts in the state of Texas or any other state in the United States to testify in the courts of a foreign state and/or country. It appears that Ann Veres signature on the "Questioned Document Examiner Letter" described above was written with a Felt Tip Pin, which is a favorite writing instrument that Curtis Baggett is known to use.  Could it be Curtis Baggett authored the "Questioned Document Examiner Letter" alleged to be that of Anne Veres and could it be that Curtis Baggett wrote Anne Vares signature on the afore mentioned letter?

NOTE: According to the Texas Secretary State's website, James Cargile, Notary Public State of Texas, commission expired February 20, 2009 and has not been renewed.

Rip Off Report #193624  (Report: Caldeen Construction) 

Rebuttal entitled Defamation Award $55,000 For these Postings, Submitted May 14, 2008:  Within the contents of the aforementioned Rebuttal is the following:

"Leiana's Forensic Proof came from an internet trained graphologist turned handwriting expert lied under oath claiming she had origional signatures from Leiana Bennett. Peggy Walla was her name. She belonged to no Court Recognized affiliations for Handwriting Experts the fact is, Is she never had any originals. Driver's Licenses aren't originals she claimed the construction lein was forged. Leiana Bennett's name wasnt even on the construction lein. This was an Information Notice, Peggy Walla wrote, she was a Private Investigator with a license number the license actually belonged to somebody she was employed by".                                                                       ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Peggy Walla's qualifications are no better today then they were in the case described above. It has been proven by the above, "Peggy Walla lied in open court for her client" when she testified that she had original signatures of Leiana Bennett when all Walla had was a copy of a drivers license. This only goes to show that Peggy Walla's opinions today are just like Curtis and Bart Baggett's opinions, Peggy Walla did what she was taught to do by her teacher Curtis Baggett which was, "Always find in favor of your client even if it means you have to lie". It appears that Peggy Walla's unqualified, unprofessional opinion is for sale and her expertise is not because she has NO EXPERTISE.  This case only goes to show that Peggy Walla lied in favor of her client.  Peggy Walla's findings were over ruled with the testimoney of a very well qualified, highly regarded Handwriting Expert.  Peggy Walla lied in court, and her clients lost their case SEE FOR YOURSELF!

Peggy Walla falsely claims to be a Forensic Document Examiner, however to become such a qualified person one must have a lengthly period of training within an ACCREDITED School with ACCREDITED Instructors.  Such schools must have instructors who are qualified to teach/train students to be "Forensic Document Examiners". Peggy Walla received her education from Bart and/or Curt Baggett and/or SCHOOL(S)/UNIVERSITY(S) founded by the Baggett's.  Curtis Baggett has been convicted of several crimes, i.e., Felony Theft and Felony Assult.  Curtis Baggett has been thrown out of many State and Federal Courts for being an unqualified Handwriting Expert/Document Examiner.  It has been proven Bart and/or Curtis Baggett lied about studying under and/or being certified by (Board Certified) Ray Walker, QDE. If Bart and/or Curtis Baggett had been certified by Ray Walker, QDE, they would NOT be certified as "Forensic Document Examiners".

A Questioned Document Examiner is a person who is qualified to determine if a document has been altered and/or if it is authentic.

According to the Federal Rules of Evidence 702, a Questioned Document Examiner is a person who possess a 1.) Scientific knowledge 2.) is capable of showing a court the applied Principles and Scientific methods reliable to the facts of the case.

When such an alleged expert offers nothing but their unsubstantiated opinion that they must be disqualified and found not to be the person they had indicated to the courts that they were. Curt Baggett was disqualified in the following court cases and also found by a massive investigation of the court records of Ray Walker, QDE. Curtis Baggett was found to be unprofessional, uneducated and that his qualifications were "Paltry": Ref: 1.) United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division (#02-CV-08175) 2.) United States District Court, District of Maine (Docket #03-265-P-H) 3.) United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia Athens Division (#3:04-CV-13 CDL-13).

Therefore if Peggy Walla got her education from any organization founded by Curt and/or Bart Baggett then she is NOT qualified to be an expert and certainly unqualified to be a teacher/instructor or professor who allegedly teaches individuals who are misinformed about Peggy Walla and or any school/university by any name that is associated with Curt and/or Bart Baggett. Don Lehew claims to be vastly educated as a Forensic Document Examiner, yet, he is a longtime buisness partner/associate of Curt and/or Bart Baggett (who with their phony schools/university(s)) have perpetrated a massive fraud that has been compared to Bernie Madoff's fraud. Is the quote Not true "BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER" after all Don Lehew has concured Curtis and Bart Baggett's qualification(s)/certification(s) in the cases named above in which Curtis Baggett was disqualified. Don Lehew can no longer claim he has never been disqualified. In a past Rip Off Report it was said that Don Lehew was thrown out of a Siminar in the Baggett's India School because of his vulgar language and sexual implications.

Ref: The Case of Michael Yarnell of Morgan County Missouri, in 2009, Peggy Walla contended "The handwriting (of Michael Yarnell) revealed Mike killed Angie,(his wife) with his hands (CHOAKING) and he placed her in the water ". Angie Yarnell's body has never been found. Peggy Walla is the person who concluded Angie Yarnell was choaked and/or placed in the water even though there was no evidence for Walla to base her opinion on except Michael Yarnell's handwriting and Peggy Walla's physic ability to make that conclusion. Why has no one challanged Peggy Walla's unqualified and unprofessional conclusion that such events ever occured,"SIMPLY BY ANALYZING MICHAEL YARNELL's HANDWRITING"? It seems Peggy Walla has tried to do nothing more than gain fame and notoriety with an unprofessional and unqualified opinion, coming from a person such as Peggy Walla who does not have the professional knowledge, or education, required from an educated expert? It seems that Peggy Walla tried to impose her physic conclusions into an alleged professional opinion, an opinion she is not qualified to make for all the above reasons.  It is ludicrous that Walla claims today to be instructing/mentoring students who believe they are being educated by Walla, Handwriting University, or any other of the Baggett's phony School(s)/University(s).

Peggy Walla is a licensed Private Investigator in Texas, However in the above case it seems Walla acted as a Private Investigator in a state where she is NOT licensed. How much more unethical can a licensed person such as Peggy Walla be?

On one of Handwriting Service International/HSI/Handwriting Services/Bart Baggett's website(s) Baggett states: "In many States the Attorney General just dismisses in mass forged check charges and other document related cases". How can such an unprofessional/unqualified/uneducated person make that determination? Bart Baggett made such demeaning statement(s) about Attorney General(s) IN MANY STATES. This is yet another example of Curt and Bart Baggett's utter disrespect for the Law and the Judicial System.

FACT: Curtis Baggett falsely claimed he spent 10 years studying under and/or becoming ceterfied by Ray Walker, QDE.

FACT: It has been proven that Curtis Baggett did NOT spend 10 years studying under Ray Walker, QDE.

FACT: During the same period of time Curtis Baggett claims he was studying under Ray Walker, QDE, Curtis Baggett was actually serving 10 years under the supervision of the Texas Department of Corrections, (5 years for felony theft and 5 years for felony assult).

FACT: Convicted felon Curtis Baggett and his son Bart Baggett invented new names for their school(s) as follows: HANDWRITING EXPERTS TRAINING FORENSIC CRIMINAL JUSTICE SCHOOL, School of Forensic Document Examination and International School of Forensic Document Examination. Curtis Baggett and his son Bart Baggett have changed the names of their "School(s)/University(s)" in their efforts to circumvent the law and avoid public scrutiny.

FACT: Curtis Baggett, Bart Baggett, Don Lehew and their former student Peggy Walla made fools of themselves Colorado when they concluced John Mark Karr, was the author of the Jon Benet Ramsey ramson note. Another "Big Flop" was when Bart Baggett appeared on the Judge Judy Show. On National Television, Judge Judy scolded Bart Baggett for his lack of expertise, and he lost his case. Then there was Bart Baggett's "Big Flop" when he announced he had figured out who the Zodiac Killer was.  Some of Bart's friends told him it was a big mistake and that it would probably be a replay of the bad publicity he got in the Jon Mark Karr media fiasco. Bart should have listened to his friends! Oh Well, he got to be a guest on Americas Most Wanted, even tho it seemed everyone was remembering Bart's recent media Flops!

FACT: Continueing their attempts at fame and getting their faces on Television and names on the Radio and in newspapers, Bart, Curt and Don Lehew concluded that Judges across the country never signed their loyalty oaths and that they were the experts who concluded many Judges' Loyalty Oaths were fraudulant.... Another DUD!!!!  Following their series of Big Duds Bart Baggett who has a degree in Marketing started building new websites and gave Handwriting University, HSI, Handwriting Services International, etc., etc., new names!  At least ONE of these phony University(s) actually FALSELY appears to be accredited and used by law enforcement and/or that it offers classes instructed by former FBI handwriting experts! DO NOT BE FOOLED! The instructors are actually Bart Baggett, Curtis Baggett, Don Lehew, who are instructors from Handwriting University, (NOW KNOWN) by new names.

FACT: Former Students of Handwriting University started changing their CV's to make it appear that they had "disowned" the alleged School/University where they had paid dearly to get their phony/worthless diploma(s) and the unqualified titles of "Handwriting Expert".

FACT: Handwriting University, HSI, Handwriting Services International, (New) Handwriting Experts Training Forensic Criminal Justice School, (New) School of Forensic Document Training, (New) The International School of Forensic Document Examination, Handwriting Institute of India, Handwriting Institute of China and/or any other School/Institute/University created by or associated with Curt Baggett, Bart Baggett and/or Don Lehew are NOT accredited. It is because these schools are NOT accredited that only Curtis and/or Bart Baggett offers student loans/financing to prospective victims and/or students of their Schools/Institutes/University(s).

FACT: Many of Curt or Bart Baggett's former students no longer include the names of Curt and/or Bart Baggett, Handwriting University, HSI, Handwriting Services International, etc., etc., in their CV's. I found one former student "JA" of Abilene Texas, a former student of the Baggett's phony school(s)/university(s). "JA" no longer includes the names of Bart and/or Curt Baggett for their School(s)/University(s) in his CV's.  He only admits that he mentored under Don Lehew. Another former student, "PW" was also certified by the Baggett's and attended Handwriting University. "PW" did apprentice under Don Lehew as a Private Investigator. This is obviously because Bart and/or Curt Baggett embarrassed them.  "JA" and "PW" more likely than not knew Curtis Baggett invented his certifications and that Bart Baggett had stolen another person's identity to get his certifications after all they are Private Investigator(s). Bart and/or Curt Baggett are not qualified to teach and/or certify ANYONE to be "Forensic Document Examiners" to be "Court Qualified" to be "Document Examiners" and/or "Handwriting Experts".  They are definately NOT qualified to teach "Forensic Document Examination".

QUESTION: Have you ever been accused of something you did not do? What if you were falsely accused of writing or signing something you did not write? What if you were arrested for a crime you did not commit? Then you would get to court and Curtis Baggett, Bart Baggett, Don Lehew and/or others associated with them show up claiming to be World Renowned Handwriting Experts, when infact they are nothing but Actors that have been highly compensated for their Phony opinions.  The judge does not know that Curt Baggett lied about his certifications or that Bart Baggett stole his credentials. The judge and the jury do not know that the only legal experience Curtis Baggett has is when he spent 10 years on probation under the direction of the Texas Department of Corrections.  You go to jail and/or lose everything because you cannot defend yourself against a group of paid off, phony, expert witness(s).  This is exactly what Curtis Baggett, Bart Baggett and others associated with them have been known to do!

QUESTION:  Remember Jim Jones? He was best known as an UNTRAINED Self Declared Christian preacher who led 911 followers to their deaths. Jones controlled his followers by taking and controlling their money. Jonestown has since become a propular example of the pitfalls of unapproved groups, or CULTS. After Jones learned he was being investigated he and one of his followers wrote letters to newspapers, congressmen, and to others, claiming everything that people were saying about them and Jim Jones's cult were Bald Face Lies. Does any of this sound familar YET???

FACT:  Bart Baggett submitted rebuttals to other reports on this site. In those rebuttals Bart Baggett denied that Curtis Baggett was his father and/or his buisness partner. He also made other remarks that were found to be untrue. In Bart Baggett's rebuttals he did nothing but make a long winded dissertation, that included many false statements Baggett also claimed that every thing people were writing about him, his father Curt Baggett, and their School(s)/University(s) were "Bald Face Lies", although it has been proven that it is Bart Baggett who was not telling the truth.

FACT: In Bart Baggett's rebuttals he BOLDLY stated "I have never been disqualified in any court".  That is because of his mentorship program, Bart Baggett, Curt Baggett, Don Lehew, and others of their faculty author unqualified Expert opinions and then require their unqualified students to submit those opinions to courts so that when the court disqualifies their SCAPEGOAT students, Bart can continue to claim HE has never been disqualifed in any court PERIOD, but his SCAPEGOAT student Has!  It seems obvious that Baggett's false statements and name calling are his only defense.  Maybe Bart will be able to teach other inmates one day.

FACT: Bernie Madoff led his victims to believe he was investing their money and making them even more wealthy. It turned out that Madoff was stealing his victim's money and is now serving a long prison sentence.  Promises...Promises....

FACT: Curtis and Bart Baggett PROMISE their victims that if they enroll as students in their School(s)/University(s) and PROMISE they will make a lot of money, and if they are good little SCAPEGOATS, They "MIGHT" become Certified Document Examiners/Handwriting Experts/Court Qualified Expert Witness(s) someday.

FACT: Curtis and Bart Baggett are getting rich stealing from their victims. 1) Baggett's students are paying the Baggett's lots of money. 2) The Baggett's are paid by their clients to testify as "expert witness(s)" 3) then the Baggett's and other of their faculty require the students they mentor to take the blame and/or get disqualified when their mentors opinions are thrown out of court 4) Bart Baggett, Curtis Baggett, Don Lehew and others who "mentor" these students get payment in advance and are able to say, "I've never been disqualified in any court PERIOD". Bart Baggett, Curt Baggett and others associated with them are 5) Putting a fraud on courts all over this country 6) and getting paid for their opinions but not for their expertise 7) Distroying lives with their false uncertified opinions 8) The Baggett's are ripping off and defrauding their students 9) and IN THE END Curt Baggett, Bart Baggett, Don Lehew and other "Faculty Members" are laughing all the way to the bank or where ever it is they hide their money 10) Just about everyone loses but them.

Inquiring Minds obviously does not like the fact that Law Enforcement is being informed about Bart and Curtis Baggett. First we were being accused of being their competitor(s). Now they are accusing us of being their "crazy ex-girlfriend(s)", well maybe not Bart's "crazy ex-girlfriend(s)".

Inquiring Minds must have a really short attention span or doesn't like the Facts and the results of our investigations that are being put on Ripoff Report.  Not to worry Bart,  Florida Supreme Court Judges including Judge Tunis and investigators from the Dallas County District Attorney's office have already been provided with this information and they are very interested in what we have to say.  Ripoff Report is allowing us to provide this information to attorney's of the 53 former students you have filed false lawsuits against.

Back to the Facts: Some of Bart and Curt Baggett's former students have become so embarressed by them and their phony school that they have removed their names from their CV's. In a couple of cases the Baggett's name(s) have been replaced with one of their long time associates, Don Lehew,  however they do not mention that Lehew has been a faculty member of Handwriting Services International/HSI/Handwriting University for many years.

Wow Author, I think you've gone too far.  Sounds like a crazy ex girlfriend to me.  These articles might have been taken seriously but you couldn't stop at one.  Its obvious that the only reason this was written was out of rage and anger.  The internet is a funny thing indeed.  Did publishing this really make you feel better about being a loser? You don't have a thing going for you in your own life so you have to try to ruin someone else's?  How about you find a job, save up as much money as you can, and see a therapist to work out these issues.

In about 2005 there was a Complaint filed in Orange Town, New York courts.  The Judge assigned to the case ruled against the plaintiff. Soon after ruling on the case the judge passed away. The Plaintiff who lost his case hired the "World Renowned Handwriting Expert, Curtis Baggett". Curtis Baggett and his client got a copy of the (then deceased) Judge's Loyalty Oath. In an effort to have the (then deceased) Judges ruling thrown out, Curtis Baggett's client submitted the deceased Judge's Loyalty Oath to the courts along with "World Renowned Handwriting Expert Curtis Baggett's", affadavit/letter of opinion in which Curtis Baggett swore that it was HIS expert opinion that someone other than the deceased Judge signed the Judge's signature to the (then deceased) Judge's Loyalty Oath. For a time it seemed the deceased Judge's reputation was destroyed and that the deceased Judges ruling would be thrown out. It seemed things were going pretty well for the Plaintiff in Orange Town, New York after he submitted Curtis Baggett's affadavit to the court in Orange Town, New York,  UNTIL an investigator with the Orange Town, New York District Attorney's office got a "tip".  The investigator was told to check out the affadavit Curtis Baggett's client had submitted to Orange Town, New York courts and if it had been notarized by "JC" that it was more likely than not that Curtis Baggett had written the signature of "JC" and by doing this Curtis Baggett swore that he was telling the truth, and then fraudulantly notarized his own sworn affadavit. Needless to say, the signature of the (then deceased) judge's signature on his Loyalty Oath was determined to have been signed by the Judge and the complaint filed by Curtis Baggett's client was THROWN OUT!!!!

Curtis and Bart Baggett have invented websites and put video's on the internet declaring they concluded Judges across the country had submitted/filed Loyalty Oaths on which someone else had written their (the Judges') signatures. (I would provide the website(s) to which I am referring, except they have been red-flagged by McAfee, who tested the sites and found them to be unsafe. I do not want anyone to have their computer's hacked and/or have their identity stolen by Curtis and/or Bart Baggett). In the above described videos Curtis and Bart Baggett discuss Judges Loyaty Oaths. Curtis and Bart Baggett appear to be thumbing their nose at the Judicial System. It seems that Curtis and Bart Baggett are sending a message to the Judicary that they can do anything they want to do in the court system(s) and get away with it.

It is obvious that Curtis Baggett has complete and utter disrespect for the legal system because not long after the Orange Town, New York case, Curtis Baggett came to the same "expert" conclusion that several Supreme Court judges in Flordia had questionable Loyalty Oaths. It has been proven that the "affadavit/expert letter of opinion", that Curtis Baggett's client submitted to the Flordia Courts was also signed and notarized by "JC" aka Curtis Baggett. It seems Curtis Baggett did not care that his fraudulant "expert opinion(s)", and the investigation(s) that followed in New York and Flordia cost the states of New York and Flordia thousands of Dollars. Not only did the states of New York and Flordia waste thousands of Dollars because of Curtis Baggett's fraud, reputations were tarnished and Curtis Baggett's clients lost their cases, however Curtis Baggett demands payment in advance!! Curtis Baggett is the ONLY person who was highly compensated for the fraud he put on the courts in New York and Flordia.  AND, Curtis Baggett is laughing all the way to the Bank(s) where he puts his money in phony trust(s) -- where be believes it is safe from Law Enforcement, Internal Revenue Service, and/or anyone who might try sue him.

Justice Building Blog: Thomas v. Tunis                   "Many courts have excluded Curtis Baggett's testimony and concluded he is not an expert. His training in handwriting analysis is questionable at best. According to several courts, Mr. Baggett may not be a full-time forensic examiner and has held himself out as a psychologist and hypnotherapist. He is NOT certified or accredited by any handwriting analysis organization or association, and his methodology has been questioned by a number of courts. In his affidavit he simply states the document is a forgery and "will prove this in Court." Not language one would normally expect to see in an expert report."

FACT: Curt Baggett's "affidavit/expert report" (described above) was found to be questionable. Investigators found that the person who notarized the "affadavit/expert report" did not include "JC's" notary number.  Curtis Baggett then falsely claimed that HIS signature had been forged on the above described affadavit/expert report.  It has been proven that Curtis Baggett did write his own signature on the affadavit/expert report, and it is also suspected that Curtis Baggett also wrote the notary's signature that appears on the above described "affadavit/expert report".

FACT: Curt Baggett has offered recent updates to his "qualification(s)". These updated "qualification(s)" are as worthless and/or phony as his previous qualification(s) were. Curt Baggett claims he is court qualified and certified as a Questioned Document Examiner and a member of "American Bureau of Document Examiners".  After hours of research I have yet to find any proof there is an organization with the name of "American Bureau of Document Examiners". NO physicial address or internet website for "American Bureau of Document Examiners" was found. Could this be another invention of Bart and/or Curtis Baggett?

FACT: Curtis Baggett has claimed to have been certified by "American Institute of Applied Science".  The "American Institute of Applied Science" does have a website, however, according to the "American Institute of Applied Science" they offer correspondence classes for individuals who are in law enforcement if Curtis Baggett did take a Handwriting Class from the "American Institute of Applied Science", the ONLY handwriting class they offer is in their "Basic Forensic Science Program": Course #101Q-Questioned Document Course which is equal to 6 semester hours. The "American Institute of Applied Science" can be found at Over Seas Study.com.

FACT: Curt and/or Curtis Baggett NEVER "studied under" Ray Walker, QDE. Curt and/or Curtis Baggett was NOT "Certified by Ray Walker,QDE, in 1983 as a "Master Handwriting Analyst". Curt and/or Curtis Baggett was NOT "Certified by Ray Walker.QDE, in 1987 to be a Questioned Document Examiner".

QUESTION: Curt and/or Curtis Baggett claims to be associated with the "American Bureau of Document Examiner's". What is their address? Was this "Bureau" invented by Curt and/or Curtis Baggett, Bart Baggett, Don Lehew and/or any of their former students?

FACT: The "American Bureau of Document Examiner's" is NOT an accredited Document Examiners Orginization.

FACT: After a thorough and complete of Court Documents found to be on file in the Dallas and/or Fort Worth, Texas, Cases were found from 1980-1984, which includes Court Depositions and/or Court Cases in which Ray Walker, QDE, was deposed and/or testified as a Board Certified Expert Witness. Curtis and/or Curt Baggett's name NEVER appears in any of these documents. It has been proven that Curtis and/or Curt Baggett NEVER accompanied Ray Walker, QDE, to ANY Deposition and/or Legal Proceedings.

FACT: Curtis and/or Curt Baggetts name is NEVER mentioned in any of Ray Walker, QDE's, personal documents which includes ledgers and/or appointment books.

FACT: The ONLY time Bart Baggett's name is ever mentioned in any of Ray Walker, QDE's, personal documents which includes ledgers and/or appointment books is ONE instance in which Bart Baggett is included in a list of individuals who were enrolled in one of Ray Walker, QDE's, Beginners Course for Basic Handwriting Analysis which was a class Ray Walker, QDE, taught to Beginners to learn personality traits in handwriting.

FACT: From 1989-1994 there was a person who's last name is Baggett and who did study under Ray Walker, QDE, this person was Certified to be a Questioned Document Examiner and Handwriting Expert by Ray Walker, QDE. The afore mentioned student of Ray Walker, QDE, is named in court documents as being present at several of Ray Walker, QDE's, Depositions and other legal proceedings in which Ray Walker, QDE, testified as an Expert Witness.

FACT: Bart Baggett has claimed HE served an apprenticeship under Ray Walker, QDE, Bart Baggett also claimed that he was certified by Ray Walker, QDE, during the same period of time that another person named Baggett did serve a 5 year apprenticeship, and became Certified and Qualified by Ray Walker, QDE, Before his death in 1994. This person will present his two ORIGIONAL Diploma's  provided to him by Ray Walker, QDE, and will take a Polygraph to prove that Bart Baggett was NOT Ray Walker, QDE's, apprentice during that period of time.

FACT: Curtis Baggett submitted a letter of expert opinion the Florida State Supreme Court.  In the letter Curtis Baggett opined that Judge Dava J. Tunis signature on her oath of office was a forgery.  After Baggett submitted the letter to the Florida Supreme Court the notary signature/stamp was found to be questionable.  Shortly thereafter a Criminal Attorney who had been contacted by Baggett's family issued a statement that it was his opinion that Curt Baggett's signature was a forgery. He rendered that opinion implying that he was a handwriting expert.

ALSO above it was stated that Curtis Baggett is a "highly compensated YES Man" it would go to show that Curtis Baggett's opinion is for sale and not his expertise.

In a previous update I provided a copy of the Questioned Signature described above and a copy of the Known Signature of Curtis Baggett (K1). I have since aquired 2 Questioned Document Examination Letter(s) Curtis Baggett sent to the Texas Secratary of State hereinafter Known as K1 and K2. All three of "these signature(s)" appear to be notorized by yet another of Curtis Baggett's questionable notaorial act(s) as "JC". I supplied  Q1, K1 and K2 to a Qualified Handwriting Expert and he concluded that the author of K1 and K2 was the author of Q1.  I am inserting a picture of this document below:

On Thursday, January 21st, 2010 Curt Baggett gave the following interview to the Good Morning Show on the WFAA Radio Station.  The interview with Baggett was then published in the Dallas Fort Worth News:

"Curt Baggett is an expert document examiner, and expert witness in this field. He is an authority, skilled in handwriting identifications and has completed studies in questioned document examinations and psychology:

Completed Specialized Document Examination training from the U.A. Army, Military Police Officer's School in Fort Gordon, Georgia, in 1960.

In 1961, I earned a Masters Degree in Counseling and Guidance from McNeese State University (Lake Charles, Louisiana) and later attended the University of Houston for Post-Graduate studies in Behavioral Psychology in 1963.

Ray Walker, a leading authority in the field of handwriting analysis and document examination, and also author of "The Questioned Document Examiner and Justice System", certified him is 1983 as a Master Handwriting Analyst, and in 1987, as a Questioned Document Examiner. Dr. Walker has had his qualifications affirmed in the Appelate Court, Fifth Circuit sitting at Dallas, and has had historical rulings in his favor.

FACT: Paragraph 2) Curtis Baggett would like to have the world believe that he was educated in Document Examination with a lengthy course while he was in active duty in the U.S. Army.  In Case #3:04-CV-13(CDL), U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, Athens Division-Footnote #13: "Mr Baggett conceded that this course was merely an introductory course that was part of Officer Training School", the officer trainging school that Curtis Baggett would like to have the Court(s) believe "Specialized Document Examination Training", was in 1960.  In 1960 Curtis Baggett was only a sophmore at McNeese State University (Lake Charles, LA).

FACT: Paragraph 3) Curt Baggett alleged that in 1961, "I earned a Masters Degree in Counseling and Guidance from McNeese State University and later attended the University of Houston for Post-Graduate studies in Behavioral Psychology in 1963, NOTE: Baggett stated that he, "later attended the University of Houston for Post-Graduate studies in Behavioral Psychology.  Baggett admits he only took Post-Graduate studies, however he did not admit that he NEVER became a licensed Psychologist.

The following appears to be the first time Curtis Baggett attempted to deceive the court into beliving he was an Expert Witness.

Brown v. State, 1999 Tex. App.  Curtis Baggett testified that he was a psychologist, hypnotherapist, psychotherapist, and graphologist, and that he had been designated by the court as an expert witness in the case.  The Court noted that Baggett had not been properly qualified as an expert and Baggett retracted his testimony that the court had designated him as an expert in the case.  Baggett testified that he is not licnsed as a Psychologist or a Psychotherapist and has not practiced therapy full-time for fifteen years, although he still conducts occasional weight loss and stress management seminars.  Baggett works primarily in real estate and financial planning. The prosecutor in the case called defense witness Curtis Baggett, "a charlatan". A "charlatan" is defined as "a pretender to medical knowledge: a quack." The court concluded that the prosecutor's description of Baggett was proper as a reasonable deducation from the evidence.

FACT: Paragraph 4) Curtis Baggett alleged Ray Walker "certified him in 1983 as a Master Handwriting Analyst and in 1987 as a Questioned Document Examiner." In the 1999 Brown v. State Case- Curtis Baggett makes NO mention of these claims.

FACT:  Paragraph 5) A team of researchers searched through Tarrant County, Texas and Dallas County, Texas, court record archives, researchers searched through dozens of cases ranging from the year 1980-1984 in which Ray Walker testified and/or deposed as an Expert Witness the afore mentioned researchers concluded that Bart, Curtis, Curt, C.L. and/or Kurt Baggett NEVER accompanied Ray Walker to any deposition(s) and/or other Court proceedings.  If infact Curtis Baggett had studied as an apprentice under Ray Walker, Bart, Curtis, Curt, C.L. and/or Kurt Baggett would have accompained Ray Walker to Trial(s), Hearing(s), Deposition(s) and/or Other Court proceedings. However during the years of 1989-1994 Ray Walker was accompained by a person who's last name is Baggett but this person's first and/or middle name is NOT Bart, Curtis, Curt, C.L. or Kurt Baggett. Because Bart, Curtis, Curt, C.L. and/or Kurt Baggett's was NEVER found to be in any of the court cases researched.  It has been proven that Bart, Curtis, Curt, C.L. and/or Kurt Baggett NEVER served as an apprentice under Ray Walker at any time including but not limited to the years 1980-1994. ALSO Curtis Baggett has alleged that he studied as an apprentice under Ray Walker for 10 years Curtis Baggett would have known Ray Walker was Board Certified.

MARK EIGLARSH is NOT a Handwriting Expert, yet on Wednesday, February 06, 2008 at 9:57 PM he entered the following opinion: "Mark Eigarsh has examined the document purportedly signed by document examiner Curtis Baggett and has determined that it is a fake" Story at 11.

FACT: I submitted a copy of the questioned signature of Curtis Baggett described above, and had it compared to a Known signature of Curtis Baggett next to his picture in the Handwriting Services International, HSI, Handwriting University: Apprentice Subcontractor Procedures Manuel, the two signatures described above was given to a REAL EXPERT DOCUMENT EXAMINER. His opinion is as follows:        The Questioned and the Known signatures only varies with slight changes in the slant of the letters however the MANY copy-book habits are consistant and identical THEREFORE, the QUESTIONED signature and the KNOWN signature was authored by the SAME person.

Curt and Bart Baggett continue to "make fun of", the many documents they cannot correct anymore and make stupid statements like "just don't believe our competition" in their defense. Since the evidence is real this time, they have no defense!!!!

"Mr. Thompson also believes that all but one Florida Supreme Court Justice must be removed for not complying with the same loyalty oath statue. As to Judge Tunis, Mr. Thompson is relying upon the affidavit of a questioned document examiner. 

If you go to this site and find this paragraph there is a copy of the affidavit/letter described above.  The questioned document examiner who signed the affidavit/letter is Curtis Baggett.  The affidavit/letter appears to be notorized by James Cargile. 

The second paragraph below the above described "letter" states:                        "For the record, Mark Eiglarsh has examined the document purportedly signed by document examiner Curtis Baggett and has determined that it is a FAKE."

Further below, Anonymous also said: "I think the notory seal is a FAKE there are NO Commission Numbers if 'someone' knowingly caused something FAKE to be on the internet...

In the "comment" following the Report Above "He is for some reason a forgery and fraud expert and practices his craft on every qde letter he has prepared for presentation as evidence that bears the notarial act of jc."

Could the notory signature on the "Tunis" affidavit/letter be the same jc described in the Comment above?             ..YOU DECIDE

I have an insider's view of this "expert" and therefore my opinion should be seen as an expert opinion. The number one determining factor in the cases he was paid to analyze is the fact that the client needs a yes or no answer and money can and does pay for expert witness CURTIS BAGGETT's.  I am sure that the coloring and measuring called tools in his "science" looks like childs play but he is no kid!  He is a tax evading, foul mouthed highly compensated yes man who's opinion is as worthless as his port folio.  He uses and verbally abuses whom in order to remain employed become his scape goated slaves.  A man that always has too much to say and very little of it nice is never wrong and can prove it.  He is for some reason a forgery and fraud expert, and practices his craft on every qde letter he has prepared for presentation as evidence that bears the notarial act of jc. I could go on but why as my opinion is not paid for and is given today as only a comment...use your own judgment....        By Anonymous
