Cyrus Mehta is arguable the worst Immigration Attorney in the history of New York. He is the most hated Immigration Lawyer on the planet because he is dumber than a box of hammers, knows nothing about Immigration Law, artificially inflated his bills, and the only reason he has a law firm in the first place is because he created thousands of fake and fictitious Indian Software companies in the United States during the 1990s which sponsored hundreds of thousands of these greasy ugly filthy Indians like himself for jobs that didn't in fact exist, at all, when they got here. He is the lowest form of vermin criminal on earth, and belongs in jail (although he would probably like it as he looks like he loves to drop the soap). This man is the single greatest cause of all of these illegal Indians running around North America with no jobs and no prospects, who then rob and steal from everyone else stealing American jobs and draining the U.S. economy. He is the king of fake H1B Visas and then goes around wearing glasses pretending he is a legitimate businessman or "lawyer," usually talking in a flitty fake British accent while molesting you when you are in his dirty little office (which he has been forced to move 5 times in the past 5 years due to him not paying his office rent). Avoid this dirtbag at all costs if you are an Immigrant looking to get a visa as all he will do is get your case denied and place you into deportation and jail.

Please take notice that Cyrus D. Mehta; Cyrus D. Mehta & Associates, PLLC; Bernard P. Wolfsdorf; Wolfsdorf Immigration Law Group; Kerry William Bretz; Bretz & Coven, LLP; Susan B. Henner; and Susan B. Henner, Attorney at Law, PLLC (the Plaintiffs), have initiated an action in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, in the County of Maricopa, Case No. CV2011-054721 (the Action).
In the Action, the Plaintiffs seek to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact information, IP address, any other information which would identify you, and any other messages that you have posted on the website known as Rip
Off Report, located at www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "Samir Singh" or any other pseudonym, about one or more of the Plaintiffs.
