They required a scanned check for $999.99 before proceeding. I complied yet in the morning when I checked mt DELL N4110 laptop- determined that both Malwarebytes and PC-Matic had been UNINSTALLED. When re-installed- the issue reocurred. Therefore IMHO, they are in breach of the original contract and wrongfully demanded the $999.99 without cause.Spoke with the Billing manager- Navid- who denied ever recieving or cashing this check. The actual check was converted into a 'check conversion voucher and subsequently deducted from my checking account the DAY AFTER I placed a 'stop-payment' on the original check number. They did nothing but deny that they had purloined these funds without providing a meaningful service

To all reading this report. The company noted has refunded all money that was in question. The CEO Rajot Matta is a man of integrity and his staff follows suit when the issue was clarified. I thank all of CZONE SOLUTIONS for their professionalism. I am a HAPPY CAMPER with CZONE again!

I am pleased to report to all readers that after an email exchange through LinkedIn, Mr. Rajat Matta CEO CZone Solutions escalated a refund by wire transfer within 48 hours of our email communications. He is certainly a decisive and fair CEO who deserves applause for his swift action in regards to my posted complaint. I am now a very satisfied customer and plan to continue our business relationship indefinitely. Way to go, Raj!!!
