G, I had the same thing happen to me! This is insane although I haven't had any traction getting the money back. Please drop me an email to discuss offline and for advice. My french poodle died the day before christmas of last year and it's been 5 months and still no resolution. I hate reading stories about puppy mills and/or irresponsible and inhumane backyard breeders who sell sick or diseased animals to unsuspecting customers. Since D&A Kennels is located in the New York City Borough of Brooklyn, you can call the NYC Department of Health concerning this "kennel". Is this D&A Kennels properly licensed and inspected by the NYC Department of Health? Is Anton practicing veterinary medicine without a license? I'd also call the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs concerning the financial transaction between you and D&A Kennels. Are they licensed by the DCA? Do they have any prior complaints/lawsuits? on file with the DCA? I might even call some of the media organizations here in the NYC Mertopolitan Area. Maybe someone like Arnold Diaz of FOX 5 News could do a "Shame, Shame, Shame" report on these creeps, exposing them to the world for what they really are: Animal abusing deceitful lowlives! Thank you for posting your Rip-Off Report, and I wish you luck. I really hope that you pursue this matter until you reach a satifactory conclusion.
