 Bought a dabado for 150 and arrived with a broken ceramic til. Wasn't able to return it because I used it once and they were really picky about it. Almost felt like they knew it would break and customer service representative was not at all genuine in addressing my concerns. After all this trouble I ended up keeping the bolt and literally three weeks later the coil stops heating up. Called and sent it in and was told it would be covered and now they are saying it was misused. Haven't even had the d**n thing for a month. Beyond frustrated at this point.

 Really if the old model was chipped you can't resell it anyway they have excuse after excuse and never fulfill their part if enough people get together and talk to an attorney we can file a class action suit for not fulfilling their warranty

I like many have the same story but mine never worked right and broke within 5 days .I never dropped missused or any other excuse they have . They are trying to squeeze more money out of me too. I didnt ask for a free one I want a refund being as there products are worthless I would not take any of there products even free these people are liars and thieves Do not buy from these people

I was not offered 80% off it was only 50%. I have numerous emails if you would like me to send it to you. Also I received the bolt chipped, never had I dropped it nor was it misused as your sales representative said. It was a simple birthday gift that ended up costing me 3 times what the product was actually worth when it came down to how much I spent on the original, the shipping and return the the broken product and the replacement. Your management teams needs to work far more effective in how they handle disputes, your representative was utterly rude as well. I assure any one that buys this product that it will come with a defect, you are wasting your money. Try a different seller as dabado does not like helping their customers and rip them off for their hard earned cash. Also putting it out there I never once asked for a free bolt, my emails to customer service simply say that 50% does not cover the cost of my troubles. I think you should reanalyze what your associates are telling customers.

We offered this gentleman 80% off a new Bolt because he had dropped it on the ground causing the ceramic to chip. This doesnt effect any performance on the device if there is only a chip. We offereed to have him send it in for a discount off a brand new kit and he refused wanting a free one. I hope everyone can understand the situation that we cant give free units out if the user drops the product on the ground leaving cosmetic damage.
