Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We bought service packages in Darcar's for all our 3 cars several years back (because cars were new and we wanted the best service).

Last year our toyota camry had problems with battery (it should be replaced). The team manager called us and insisted that the battery must be replaced in Darcar's for $250 (because it's a good battery, and good labor, etc.) That was too much since I know that changing a battery takes 5 to 10 minutes, and labor doesn't cost $100 for 10 minutes. We went to different shop and changed it for $85.

Then my dad was charged TWICE for the same service. It happened couple times, and when we found it out at home, so he should drive back to Darcar's next day wasting time, to prove it. The managers apologized and returned extra the my account.

Then someone hit dad's car while it was in service, so I had problems opening/closing front left door. We should again drive to Darcar's wasting time. Moreover, I saw herself that one of the attendants brining the car hit another car while doing a parallel parking (both cars didn't belong to us, but she told manager about that). When he noticed I saw it he started smiling.

When my own toyota corolla was in service, I got a call from Darcar's manager that number of things should be changed including replacement of the lights (2 of them) for $44. The whole amount on fixing was about $1000. We decided to go to the different shop to check it. First of all, it was only ONE light, which needed to be changed. It took 1 minute(!) to change it and we paid $5 for that. Secondly, only one thing out of 5 recommended was indeed needed. Also the guy in Darcar's was VERY insisting on the phone to fix it the same day motivating that the Darcar's has the best service ever.

And finally (and that's why I decided to write all of that and what was the last drop for me): we did oil change this Wed. Yesterday we checked the oil level and found out that there was almost NO OIL. I put 2(!) full bottles of oil in it and it still needs more.

Beware of Darcar's service! I will never go back again, and we'll require them to pay our service packages back!
