darell-neva, Cheapest-cigs ripoff this company went out of business, owing me in access of $68.00, for an order that i placed. St Petersburg nationwide
two months after ordering cigarettes from this company, with no shipment received, i contacted them, to discover they had went out of business. they did inform me by email that i would be receiving a refund within 7-10 days, this refund has never been forewarded, as of 9-13-06. how do i go about filing charges against this company? i did pay for this with a credit card.

In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.
Remember Don't let them get away with it!Make sure theymake the Rip-off Report.. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
