I received a unit from this company, it never powered on. I contacted them and discovered they had no English speaking customer service. After a few days, the company sent a nasty email saying that there was no way the unit was defective. My electricity was the issue and I could not return it.
I contacted Paypal and paypal arranged a return. after returning the unit, the company denied receipt. Paypal showed them proof of receipt and issued a refund. After my refund, the company has begun cyber stalking and threatening me. I can not believe the violent emails threatening to arrest , sue and attack me. I advise not dealing with this company. It's easy to see what they are all about by simply trying to call them before purchasing. There is NO customer service. They have many fake review complaints. At this point , they are trying to re charge me.
