On 14th of july we have bought and paid dating- and social network software, as well as profiles. Included was free installation, lifetime support and 30 days money back guarantee for 399 US $.
While we gave them nay chances and longer deadlines, which they promised to keep
they did not deliver until today and we don't got any working installation.
They do not react on our mails since 2 days and don't keep to their promise to send the money back. Even more bad: We had opened a paypal dispute, but they cheated us with the promise to deliver within 24 hrs or send the money back. But still nothing happens and we must fear this company is fake and we have become a victim of e-commerce fraud.
