This is a company that enlists ineptitude, deception and failure to serve customers. They have many unpaid judgements filed against them in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties in PA. They have a documented history of inability to install HVAC systems correctly. They represent Carrier Corp. which also does a great job of hiding technical defects and the absolute constant policy of ignoring customers. If anyone is in need of Boilers, Burners, furnaces or Heat Pumps, look to someone else. This is an area where contractors have a good history of defrauding and not servicing units correctly or professionally.

On February 8, 2011, I posted a report about Davis Modern Heating and Cooling, Inc. In my report, I stated in part that This is a company that enlists ineptitude, deception and failure to serve customers. They have many unpaid judgments filed against them in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware counties in PA. They have a documented history of inability to install HVAC systems correctly.
These statements I made about Davis Modern Heating and Cooling, Inc., however, were made by me in a moment of frustration and were inaccurate. To my knowledge, Davis Modern Heating does not enlist ineptitude, deception, or failure to serve customers, does not have any unpaid judgments filed against it in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, or Delaware counties, and does not have a documented history of inability to install HVAC systems correctly.
