Please audience request a copy of the "letter of appreciation." If you look carefully the letter is dated May 17th. When in the fact the cashier's check wasnt mailed until the following day, and both DAWN and TONY received the check on the 20th of May. I RECEIVED NO PUPPIES. And we all know that any legitimate breeder would not send products before payment. The letter of appreciation was sent out of consideration. WE DIDNT RECEIVE A SINGLE PUPPY. They received the $5000 check, and we receieved no goods. In fact, Dawn took the original copies of our "form of agreement" and altered them. Providing the bank with altered papers, when I in fact have the ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS. Paper's signed and sent to Dawn and Tony May: -Letter of appreciation -Shipping information -Numerous Emails -$5000 Cashiers Check Folks I have all the evidence needed to proove that Dawn and Tony May are NOT LEGITIMATE BREEDERS, and they really have NO DOGS/PUPPIES TO SELL. THEY COMMIT FRAUD and claim victim. So sad. What evidence you ask? 1. When Dawn altered the "form of agreement" she said the puppies were sent via USPS. I have a letter from the vice president of USPS, Anita Bezzotto, saying that they don't ship warm blooded animals, this includes dogs or puppies. 2. I have all of the original documents, that I had copied and faxed over to Dawn and Tony. Which have sadly been altered by them. 3. I have emails from Dawn and Tony's email address stating their promises, promises broken, and their intention to refund my check, WHICH WAS NEVER DONE. 4. Not to mention a letter from the program manager of Hawaii's Animal Industry Division Rabies Quarantine Branch stating that they received no puppy, dog, or animal in general from a dawn or tony may for myself nor my husband. I've reported them to the BBB, to numerous puppy selling agencies, I've contacted the NYC police department and they are aware of DAWN and TONY MAY. I've also contacted their attorney general and department of consumer affairs. I'm continuing my quest to spread the word about dawn and tony may, internationally. I welcome all of you to join me in doing so. NEVER ALLOW THOSE TWO TO VICTIMIZE ANOTHER PERSON. SPREAD THE WORD: Fraudulent Sellers: Dawn and Tony May Address: 177 West End Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11235 WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY PROMISE GOODS AS STATED ABOVE. THEN TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. WHAT COWARDS!!!!!!!!!

Anton, and Dawn Mae Enclosed are the pictures of the socalled pick of the litter you people sent me, this dog is sicker than sick, almost dying. I have heard nothing back from you people, obviously you dont give a care about the dogs or the people you ship them too. You are all in it for the money. This will definitely not be the last time you hear from me. It will be in court, for the costs of purchasing the puppy, the vet bills and that it has contaminated my entire family of frenchies. Enclosed for your pleasure, the dying puppy that you sent me from your beautiful shop! I am disgusted! I purchased a puppy from a so called breeder in NYC, who lied and turned out to be a pet shop, importing breeds from Europe, however the dogs they import come from Puppy mills in Europe, where the dogs are extremely sick and come in horrible conditions! They also give false paper work with their pups. First i was sent the wrong dog, I given them the benefit of doubt, but when they sent me a sick 10% alive puppy I was furious, not because of the wrong dog, but because of the condition this poor animal was in. I had taken her to my vet asap, where she was so infected with coccida and parvo there was no help to her. I nursed her, trying to bring her to life, she died within 1 week. That was horrible. I tried to contact these people, no response. They are sending out so many sick animals to make an extra buck. I myself am a breeder, and no way in hell would i do something so cruel. If you look at the pictures attached you will see for yourself that this puppy in which i received was dying. They have had a lot of complaints and have been taken off of the major breeder networks because of their inhumane acts of cruetly to their pups! It was one puppy too much when I received the sick one that i did. I want to press charges and pursue this case strongly! This is their facility, website and they work under the names Dawn Mae, Tony and Lena. Just Puppies, Ltd. 177 West End Avenue Brooklyn, NY 11235 718-332-4252 http://www.puppiesworldwide.com/ Please take this note seriously. --------------- TRANSACTION DETAILS: ---------------- MTCN: 8971790187 Date of Order: 02/22/2004 Amount Sent: $1250.00 Receiver Name: DAWN MAY Status: Picked Up

Yes, Dawn - I would like you to fax me proof that you did not rip off this customer - as I am highly doubtful you did not! I purchased a Yorkshire terrier from Dawn and Tony in December of 2004 that was supposed to be a "tea cup" and come with AKC papers, which were going to be sent. Nearly two years later, after dozens upon dozens of phone calls and false promises, I have yet to receive anything besides photo copies of parents other than the ones I was originally told were the parents of my puppy. The original sire was supposed to be "Suger Rossin" - no. 80008655. The dam was "Baby Tiny Tee" no. 543876. I was told by AKC that no such numbers existed. The most I got from Dawn, after TWO years was a photo copy of AKC papers for sire "Marshall's Opie" - AKC DNA #V77956 and dam "Marshall's Amy" - TN84062302 01-01. No mention of the litter for my puppy, born Sept. 24, 2004 was mentioned. Valueless! Dawn - you get me those papers and I will respond in this forum that this has been corrected. Otherwise, I am due a refund of the $1500 I paid for a registered puppy! Rip-off, indeed! Call me at xxxxx. You haven't yet returned my calls. And Tony - shame on you, too! Heather

Anyone who would like a faxed copy of a thank you letter written by Leah and an apoligy letter from the bank of Hawaii feel free to ask, showing no fraud on our part. This woman wanted two free puppies and tried to stop a bank check after receiving puppies. If you have any questions, give us a call. 718-332-3643
