Dawn Rochelle Models Dawn Rochelle, Dawn Rochelle Agency, doesn't pay their models, impossible to contact, bad customer service Internet
I was booked for an event in Dallas by Dawn Rochelle Models, I worked the event in October. After Thanksgiving I still had not been paid and began trying to contact Dawn Rochelle. (I was initially told it could take up to 60 days to be paid).
I tried several times to reach the agency at the number on their website, the same contact number I received when I was booked for the job, but was never able to reach an actual person, only an answering machine. I left several messages but my call was never returned.
I sent an email to the contact address listed on the agency's website, a week later I still had not received a reply so I sent another e-mail. I finally received a reply.
For months I attempted to contact Dawn Rochelle, I was never able to reach anyone on the phone, about half of my e-mails received responses from Dawn, each time asking for some further information from me, or that I resubmit a form or create an account on her website (which I had already done, I was told to do this several times).
I have since been in contact with some of the other girls I worked with at the event and none of them have been paid either. Do not work for Dawn Rochelle if you actually want to get paid, and good luck trying to contact her if you have any issues.
I wasted 4 days working a job that I will probably never receive payment for, and 4 months trying hopelessly to contact an "agency" which appears to consist of only one person who ignores a lot of messages. Dawn Rochelle is incredibly unprofessional and a crook.

Miss Latina World 2008 sued Dawn Rochelle d/b/a Dawn Rochelle Productions in 2009 in Bexar County for fraud after she did not receive her $25,000 scholarship as promised. She won that lawsuit and then went to trial in May of 2014 in federal bankruptcy court, so she could prove the judgment was awarded to her because Dawn Rochelle committed fraud. In July of 2014 she won that case too. These two court cases are all public.

This agency is a complete FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!
I worked an convention in Houston, Texas for Dawn Rochelle Models and its been over 10 months since I worked it. I was told I would be paid within 30-90 days and I STILL have not received the payment that is owed to me. I contacted the client and they said they paid the agency right after i worked. Sent several emails to all 3 email address, text messages, voice mails and nothing, nobody will get back to me!!
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY if you want to get paid! They keep the money that you worked for.
Companies/ Clients please do not hire them, they are bad business!!!!!
I am now suing them to get partial payment and I recommend you do the same!!!
