This report is to help others that have been mislead and totally disrepected by Dazzle smile or the customer service for the accused.
The product I received was not only very badly put together, but misrepresented what the company offered. I was sent a tub as long as my fore finger and was promised teeth whitening within 30 days. I was also not told I was signing a contract and I would be charged montly for this Dazzle Smile product. I was charge 89.00 for this product. I then called the customer service and asked nicely for a refund. I was then told that I had to cancell the contract. There were no terms or conditions signed. I then cancelled, but did not receive a refund. I was told to mail the product back to the above address and put my order # on the top. I was not send a followup email or postage.
I then called after a couple of weeks and was told I should have sent it UPS for tracking. Are you serious? I was told I only needed an order # and my name and address. Now I am very upset and the customer service Maam Shelly was very very rude. It was stated that it was my own faulth I will not be receiving a refund. You run a business...either Properly inform your employees of protocol or don't run a busniess. Clean Your warehouse and maybe products can be found.
