I just got off the phone with customer service for the World Club Fitness.  The first question the representative asked was "What is the number you called to reach me?"
This should have been the ultimate "red flag" that I had been scammed. 

I had no idea who I had contacted, so I asked who it was I had called.  There had been a charge on my credit card for $24.82 by Accessmember.  I immediately e-mailed my bank and requested contact information.  I asked the customer rep to cancel whatever it was that they had charged me for and I also asked for a refund for my money.  I was told that all the terms and conditions were explained when I placed my order for the dazzlewhite.  I asked to speak with a supervisor, but I was told by the representative that I did not need to speak with anyone else because she had the authority to handle the call and that she was sorry that my money that was charged could not be refunded.
I then asked for a address that I could send a complaint and she gave me this address:
Credit Report America, 545 8th Ave, Suite 401, New York, NY 10018.

I then Googled World Club Fitness and read a report that there was another company in on the scam as well.  So I called the number on the report and I got the same questions from the customer service representative, but she said that that membership had already been cancelled.

What we all should recognize is that when we see some of the websites with testimonials of how great a product is that what we really are seeing is a paid commerical for a product so its always "Buyer Beware"  I have learned my lesson on this one.
