We ordered a man's watch, really cool, but they sent a ladies watch with diamonds! They claimed that is what we ordered. We sent pictures of both, but they refuse to let us exchange it. They offered a 3 dollar store credit!!! What for, so we can order something and get anther thing? What can you buy with $3? How can $3 make up for the 16 we spent?
