Do not order from this company. I ordered my daughter's senior prom dress based on the photo and description. I paid an extra $19.99 for rush shipping. I was lied to several tons about when the dress was shipping. I was even told at one point it had shipped only to find out it had not. The dress arrived a week late which was only two days before prom. I was refunded the $19.99 which lead me to believe the company would be easy to deal with. The dress arrived and it was hideous. It looked nothing like the picture. The fabric was supposed to be chiffon and it was all polyester. It looked like a dress from the 80's. It was very cheap. There were loose threads hanging everywhere. The dress looked like heading in the picture. It was actually cheap lace appliqué with cheap sequins. The worst part was that the dress was completely see through with no fabric over the breast area. The only thing there were two huge, thick pads directly over the breast. It looked like head lights! It was going to cost me more than the dress was worth it to have it fixed. My daughter did not want to wear the dress. I had to turn around and buy her another dress for prom. The website clearly states that they have 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They have a return policy that if the dress is said unworn condition with the tags attached you can return it for a full refund. Now they are unwilling to process a return. They keep asking me to nicely keep the dress because they are a new website. They even went as far as to tell me to remove the pads to make the dress look better. I am furious. I am reporting them and always that I can. Then going to my credit card to see if they can process a fraudulent claim.
