Hello my name is Adalberto Castaneda Jr. I am summiting this report because I feel that Debt Solutions Foundation, Inc. is not being honest to people at all. I enroll in their debt solution program, and they promised they would lower my interest rate like they promised everyone else before you enroll. But it is all lies and we have to do something about it, people have to know that this company is a "big lie" to everyone in the U.S.A do NOT enroll in this program. you would regret it. It is better to make your own payments to your credit cards by yourself than enrolling and after you will notice an increase on your interest rate, like about 20%. And it's because they make payments late to your credit card, plus in your credit report it will show that you are enroll in credit counseling and will stay there for 7 years.. and it is bad for you future credit. Also this company has the worst customer service I have every had, the worst communication with their clients and the worst follow up on any problem. Supervisors and managers never return calls or they take months after to call you!!!I have talked to the company operator for the last two months in regards of my refund for the set up fee of $299.00 and all I get from her is, I will take your phone number so one of my supervisor will call you back!!! every single time that I call this company. I still have all the papers since I set up this program with the contracts stating that I will get a refund for the set up fee as completion of program and it's being since march 31 of 2005 and still has not received anything just lies from this company...Also on their web site they have a different address 7516 Independence Blvd. Suite#110 Charlotte, NC 28227 Be very CAREFULL PEOPLE!!!!!AND HOPE THIS HELPS EVERYONE!!!
