We bought a computer over the phone from Dell and they did not send us the 4-in-one printer/copier etc. and surge protector we paid them for.

They sent us the wrong speakers as well. Their employee took it upon herself to cancel our printer/copier and surge protector because she said it was too big a hassle to get them to ship it out. They took our money out of our account within hours yet it has been 3 months and they still have not refunded us the $132.94 they took for the printer and surge protector they never sent.

We were told we would have our refund in 15-30 business days. Everytime we call we get a different employee and have to listen to the same phony apologies and lies about why we don't have our money back yet.

For such a well known company who is supposed to have such great customer service I think they SUCK!! None of them know what they are doing and if our satisfaction means as much to them as they keep saying it does then why haven't they taken care of this yet??

They even tried to say they had no record of us purchasing a computer through them and that it had been too long to do anything about it. We had to fax them a copy of our bank statement to prove we paid them for a computer system!! They are a horrible company to do business with, please save yourselves from getting ripped off by DELL and buy Gateway instead, I wish we had.
