Here is how to get your $$ back from Dermitage: Send the following email with Subject line: DERMITAGE RIP-OFF Please call me at (xxx) xxx-xxxx immediately. I will be posting all SYNDERO information, address and telephone numbers on the ripoff.com website so everyone who has been ripped off by your company can call you direct if I do not hear back from you by 5pm today. I received a call within 1 hour. Send emails to all of the the following: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] When they call, DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. Simply say "THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE." They ended up refund ALL my money and shipping/handling (s/h was the difficult part but say "NOT ACCEPTABLE." I got all my $ and they had me keep the product.
